| Lodge scholarship for summer camp to either Concordia Language Village (District 1) or to Masse Moro in Wisconsin (District 5, but less costly). Our lodge is entitled to six weeks total of District 1 scholarship aid at $125 per week. Our lodge will match this with another $125 per week if you win one of our awards too. This application is available either as a pdf file for filling out and mailing, or as a doc file for those who can read it and choose to fill it out electronically and email it to our lodge scholarship officer. |

| Lodge scholarship for college attendance for the 2012 academic year beginning in the Fall. In the past, we have typically given one or two college scholarships for $500 each, but the number and value can vary. See the first two pages of the form for more information.
